In 2014 LLC “NC IT PROJECT» (MMI Group) in collaboration with other companies – founded Ukrainian Association for Innovation Development _which brings together the leading international and national companies in the sphere of information and other high-tech, mechanical engineering microelectronics, energy, education and science. UAID’s mission is to create favorable conditions for hi-tech business in Ukraine.

General Director Kateryna Chala participates in the management bodies Association and  actively cooperates with other companies – participants, bodies of the Association and public authorities for the technological, social and economic modernization of Ukraine.

Deputy General Director for Legal Issues Irina Kolos participates actively in the work of the Finance and Legal Committee of the Association “Information Technology of Ukraine”, which represents the interests of the domestic IT companies – industry, software development at the national and international markets, which brings together about 40 leading companies of this sector of the economy and is the national representative of Ukraine in the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) and the European Association of of digital technology (DigitalEurope).
Activities of the committee focused on collegial discussion and identification of problematic issues in the existing legislation in the field of IT and the development of proposals for the necessary changes. One of the main priorities of the Committee and its members is an effective exchange of experience and information on the issues of taxation, competition and corporate law, intellectual property protection, and others.
Iryna Kolos is a part of the financial and legal committee of the IT Association and continue to work to resolve of problem issues of IT industry, creation of favorable conditions for the development in the IT sphere. She takes an active part in the working meetings, conferences of the IT Association with state authorities, periodically provides suggestions for changes in the legislation and together with other activists committee operates in working groups on improvement of legislation in the field of ICT.

Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) – a leading legal community, one important area of intervention is to active participation in the legal life of society, the legislative process and the development of proposals on improvement of existing legislation.
Iryna Kolos Deputy Director General for Legal Affairs is a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association. Since 2016 she is a part of the Council UBA Committee on the Telecommunications , information technology and the Internet.
Iryna participated in the management committees, planning the annual activities and meetings of the Council Committee, she is also an active participant in conferences, seminars and other events, held by the Committee. Together with other members of of the Council Committee prepares objective conclusions and proposals for the legislative initiatives in the field of IT & Telecom.
